Treen
Kaikō

Om utgivelsen

Kaikō is the sophomore album by Treen, and the first on Sauajazz. Easy and meditative improvisations from three of the most exciting names on the younger European jazz scene – including Oslo based Amalie Dahl we know from so many other projects (solo releases, Dafnie, Superspreder and more).

Treen is Amalie Dahl (saxophone, objects), Gintė Preisaitė (piano, objects) and Jan Philipp (drum, percussion) – three great musicians with their own distinct musical perspective each, creating av captivating and unique exploration of free improvisation. A trio building bridges between Denmark, Lithuania, Germany and Norway.
